  1. Do I need to make a reservation?
    Reservations are required for travel to the Airports, but not needed for travel from the Airport although passengers with advance reservations are given priority boarding. Walk-on passengers should book their seats at the Ground Transportation Counters. It is suggested that passengers arriving at an airport requiring an accessible vehicle or special services contact the company in advance of their travel.

  2. What if I need to cancel?
    Please call our Reservations Department with any change in your plans. Fares are fully refundable up to 4 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Credits may take 5 to 7 business days to process through the banking system and appear on your account.

  3. How early can I get to the Airport?
    Our first vans of the day are scheduled to arrive at La Guardia Airport at approximately 4:45am and at approximately 5:15am at JFK Airport.

  4. How early can I leave the Airport?
    Our first vans depart at approximately 6:00 am.

  5. How frequent is your service?
    Our service operates at least once per hour to or from the airport. Service may be more frequent during periods of peak demand.

  6. How long is the wait?
    For travel to the airport we will give you a scheduled pickup time. We ask for a 15 minute window beyond this time to allow for other pickups in your area or unexpected traffic delays. Feel free to call us at any time for an update on the whereabouts of your vehicle. All vehicles are tracked via GPS.

    For travel from the airport we will advise you of your estimated waiting time when you check in with us. Vans depart at least once per hour, but not necessarily on the hour. Average waiting time for pickup is 30 minutes. We ask that all passengers remain inside the terminal seated by the Ground Transportation Counter. Our driver will come in and collect you and your luggage.

  7. How late do you operate at the Airport?
    Our last vans to locations along the Interstate 95 corridor depart JFK Airport at 11:30pm and at 12 midnight from La Guardia. Last van along the Interstate 684 corridor to Danbury and surrounding towns is at 9:00 pm from JFK and 9:30 pm from La Guardia.

  8. How do I find you at the Airport when I arrive?
    Once you have collected any luggage and are ready to leave the Airport follow the green colored airport signs to the Ground Transportation Welcome Center opposite most Baggage Claim Areas. If you have an advance reservation please dial 27 from the courtesy phone at the counter. We ask that all passengers remain inside the terminal seated by the Ground Transportation Welcome Center. Our driver will come in and collect you and your luggage. Walk-on passengers must book through the Agent at the Counter. Do not depart the Airport without having checked in or in any vehicle that is not clearly marked GO Airport Shuttle Prime Time Connecticut.

  9. How much does it cost?
    Fares depend on the distance to the location and the demand. Multiple passengers receive discounts so the more people in your party, the lower the fare per person.

  10. What if I need a special service or accessible vehicle?
    It is recommended that you make a reservation, request your special need and we will ensure that the appropriate vehicle will be there to accommodate your needs. Please call our reservations department for assistance.

  11. What if I'm traveling with small children?
    For traveling with children less than 6 years of age, you must call to make your reservation, as child car seats are required.

  12. Do you offer secure ordering?
    Yes, We use encryption, firewalls and other technology and security procedures to help protect the accuracy and security of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access or improper use. A secure server running the latest 128-bit encryption handles all our payments. There is no safer way to order online.

  13. How much luggage can I bring?
    We have an allowance of 2 regular size suitcases and 1 carry-on bag per adult and 1 regular size suitcase and 1 carry-on per child. There is a $10 per bag surcharge for amounts exceeding these limitations. Passengers with oversized luggage or unusual items should contact our Reservations Department prior to travel or we may refuse boarding.

  14. Can I purchase a ticket at the airport, and where are the ticket counters located?
    Yes, a reservation and boarding card can be obtained at the Ground Transportation Welcome Center operated by the Airport Authority. These centers are located inside all the terminals in the Baggage Claim areas. Do not board any vehicle without having obtained your boarding card from the agent at the Counter. The Counter Agent will call out your name when your driver is there to collect you. All vehicles are clearly marked GO Airport Shuttle Prime Time Connecticut. Payment should be made to the driver using your Master Card, VISA or American Express Card. Cash payments are also accepted by our drivers.

  15. What are my payment options?
    Prepayment with a Credit Card is required for all travel to the Airports. All charges for reservations are made at the time of booking.
